UPDATED WORKSHOP FORMAT COVID-19

As you know, things have shifted due to COVID-19 and the workshop format has changed to accommodate safe standards and practices. Therefore, my normally live in-person workshop lecture will now be online. We will meet for the Instructor-Led Event (live in-person skill session) in smaller, staggered groups to allow us to gathering safely. Equipment and space will be sanitized between time-slot sessions.

Since we can’t be together in our typical format, I’ve created a video lecture, handouts, demos and practice counts, in an easy, digestible format. The upside? You can watch it on your phone and go for a walk, eat yummy food, catch up on folding laundry or listen in practice counts in the car.

Once you have completed the Integrative Resuscitation of the Newborn workshop lecture through Teachable, you’ll take a quiz and choose a time slot for your live skill session. Having both, Integrative Resuscitation of the Newborn workshop lecture and HealthStream’s Online Provider Exam and eSim means more time is required on your part in order to be ready to do the Instructor-Led Event. Therefore, it is essential you get started very soon on the HealthStream Online Provider Exam and eSim. Each portion takes several hours to finish.

We will be sending reminders, but unlike the previous workshops, waiting until the night or 2 nights before to start all the online material is going to create a VERY STRESSED experience for you, as they each can take several hours. And a good chance you won’t finish in time.

Think you have plenty of time to start your online work? Read Here Completing the Integrative Resuscitation of the Newborn workshop lecture including the Instructor-Led Event you can get 5.5 CEUs from MEAC and 5 CEUs from BRN. With the new online format, to receive your CEUs, you are required to take a short quiz to show you watched the Integrative Resuscitation of the Newborn workshop lecture.

REMINDER: Both online portions MUST be completed before attending the live skill session: 1) HealthStream Online Provider Exam and eSim with printed certificate and, 2) Completing the online Integrative Resuscitation of the Newborn workshop lecture and quiz, and signing up for Time-Slot.
